Resources

GHNA offers free resources to its members. We do this through “free” assistance from our board members. Most of our board members have down to earth experience in dealing with all the unbelievable problems which can face an HOA Board. HOA boards must handle issues as insignificant as barking dogs, to major problems such as construction and repairs of homes, and resolution of neighbor-to-neighbor conflicts. GHNA can, not only, offer the experience of board members, but can also direct individuals to the resources available when it is of a more substantial or legal nature.

This section of our website provides resources in the form of PDF documentation, but also links to valuable contacts.
